Jason Moran is now on view on our eighth floor. This immersive exhibition features Moran’s life-size sculptural representations of bygone New York jazz clubs, video collaborations, and a robust schedule of live performances by renowned and emerging musicians. Visit whitney.org/jazz for a full schedule.

Order and Ornament: Roy Lichtenstein’s Entablatures recently opened on our third floor. It presents a diverse array of works on paper from the Pop master’s 1970s series, Entablatures, inspired by architectural facades in downtown Manhattan.

Order and Ornament: Roy Lichtenstein’s Entablatures presents a range of works on paper by Roy Lichtenstein and addresses many of his central artistic themes while demonstrating a unique emphasis on texture, surface, relief, and reflectivity.

Selected by artist Jason Moran and curator Adrienne Edwards, the second iteration of Jazz on a High Floor in the Afternoon features award-winning sound artist and composer Fay Victor.

This iteration of Jazz on a High Floor in the Afternoon features daring saxophonist, composer, poet, and visual artist Oliver Lake.
